Intelligent Brokerage of Learning Resources in Electronic Markets

This paper discusses issues related with modeling of learning resources brokerage systems. It introduces a market-oriented analysis of a learning resources brokerage system, where interactions are mediated by brokering entities. Moreover, it proposes an agent-based design of the market model and presents a prototype implementation. In the implemented system, artificial agents represent the human users and participate in virtual auctions where learning objects are traded between learning resources producers and consumers.
